Overview Starting pay for this position is $17.14/hour. POSITION SUMMARY: The Quality/Safety Advocate (QSA) works in collaboration with the Infection Control and Quality/Safety team to perform direct observation of quality metrics such as hand hygiene, isolation, and environment of care and documents these observations through an electronic or manual platform. The QSA assists with the execution and monitoring of key priority initiatives within the organization. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma/GED Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Ability to work well in a team environment Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately Ability to work independently Ability to be detail oriented PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Minimal knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Access).
