**Responsibilities:**
+ Lead Quality team to meet department performance goals
+ Lead and empower the team through open communication, offer mentorship, motivation, and regular feedback
+ Build and maintain team members’ morale and motivation
+ Conduct regular customer visit and listen to customers’ voice of quality
+ Review and analyze customers’ requirements and make proven action plan, ensure all corrective actions related are well implemented
+ Work with Sales, AE and Engineering to analyze and tackle the specific quality issues raised up by customers
+ Ensure key objectives are achieved by supervising critical metrics for process quality, regularly reviewing improvement action plans with the team, and providing vital resources and support.
+ Lead SQE to tackle daily supplier quality issues and conduct the regular supplier quality audit
+ Review supplier quality performance timely and work with Procurement team to continuously improve supplier quality
+ Lead QEHS team to ensure the operational efficiency of the quality management system and the compliance to Environment/Safety/Occupational Health regulations in Plant daily operations
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
+ At least 10 years’ quality management experience in mechanical industrial, including at least 5 years’ experience of team management
+ Have a good understanding/knowledge about quality system, engineering drawings and manufacturing processes, familiar with quality tools, such as Six Sigma, SPC, Statistical technologies and tools
+ Customer oriented and high accountability
+ Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement approach
+ Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
+ Self-motivated & upbeat with a strong work ethic
+ Ability to encourage people, excellent teammate, able to work under pressure
+ Proficient in English both for oral and written
