Position:Quality Solutions PartnerPosition Summary:Provides subject matter expertise and owns the development and creation new and existing healthcare Quality Measure Plans. Guides and influences other departments and the client on quality measure initiatives. Provides support for program planning and implementation, patient campaigns, outreach tactics, educational programs, data collection efforts, and collaborates with operations to develop and monitor key performance measurement activities.Job Description:Primary Responsibilities
Develops and creates the annual comprehensive Quality Measure Plan for one or more client. Collaborates with client and contracting department to identify and define quality data measurements and establish prioritization and timing of initiatives to be optimally successful in reaching high performance for quality measures by the end of the performance year. Provides recommendations on mining strategies and process/care model initiatives, collection methodology ensuring successful completion of internal/external data validations.Develops training content for internal and external clients.Develops and fosters effective internal and external relationships through effective and timely communication.Synthesizes and organizes data, presents information, and provides executive summaries as needed. Maintains accountability for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers including timely responses.Increases professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.Identifies and helps implement department processes improvements.Provides support for the development of key performance indicators.Presents performance results and findings.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent5+ years of experience within Healthcare, Health plan, or Health System required, including payer, hospital, Medicaid/Medicare, provider environment or managed care or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the roleStrong project management skills with the ability to guide cross-functional project teamsSolid judgmentStrong aptitude for critical thinking and data skills with the proven ability to identify, develop, communicate, and impact process improvementsProven ability to create results, prioritize workload, and respond to changing demands/timelines in a dynamic environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Programs and project management software (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SmartSheets, etc.)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate and work through all professional levels, internally and externallyStrong analytical and quantitative critical thinking skillsWorking Conditions

$84,600.00-$113,775.00
