Due to continued organizational growth, Liberty Healthcare is now hiring for several new Quality Specialist positions throughout Nebraska. As a Quality Specialist, you will be an active contributor with a large-scale program which endeavors to enrich the lives of older adults and people who are living with developmental disabilities. Your role will focus on reviewing providers of Medicaid HCBS waiver services, and your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Driving to provider locations throughout the greater region Conducting reviews, onsite at provider locations Evaluating provider’s services in relation to best practices in person-centered care Identifying provider’s strengths and opportunities for quality improvement Writing comprehensive summary reports within limited timeframes This is a hybrid position which will require you to spend approximately 80% of each workweek traveling throughout the greater region and leading onsite meetings at provider locations – and approximately 20% of each workweek doing administrative work and report writing in your home office.
