What You’ll Do
Ensure Quality System awareness and compliance in the RegionPlan and conduct internal audits / assessment to verify the effectiveness of the management systemReceive audit input and follow QS Document ControlCAPA management follow up and ensure closureEnsure QS record keeping, Warehousing, Quality Holds, Supplier / Distributors evaluation/monitoring/auditCoordinate Field Communications at the RegionEnsure availability of org charts (including LSME) and job descriptionsBe the expert on QS process and support the rest of team, train timelyWork in close cooperation with regional QA manager, to build and continuously improve efficient, transparent and smooth documents processKey Requirements
Higher educationScientific background (i.e. Lab Technician, Biology, Chemistry, Pharma, M.D.)At least 3 years of experience in quality of medical devices a mustProduct and market environment knowledge preferredQuality Systems management and auditing experienceManagement skills and leadership competenciesExcellent English (writing, speaking, negotiations)Experience of work in international environment/projectsCultural sensibilityThe stated job description, as well as the list of job requirements, is not complete.
