Role Summary:

Reporting to the Manager, Quality Assurance – Singapore, this role will support the on-going integration activities of Quality System for Singapore Operations, Assist in data mining and running quality data charts and Works with Senior Quality Specialist to ensure Quality matrices are metThis role will oversee the training program, ensuring timely training completion for the site.  Support data mining and analysis and provide trending analysis result of overall health status of Quality Management SystemThis role will have to support request from commercial team to different manufacturer

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Functional Lead for monitoring of training and maintaining the training matrixAssist in data mining and running quality data charts monthlyBe a key contributor to the Quality Management System activities for Singapore OperationsPlay an active role in Internal Audits and External AuditsIn partnership with Manager, QA, support request from commercial team to different manufacturerParticipate in special projects and initiatives as required

Education & Experience:

Diploma in Engineering, Science, or related disciplineExperience in a medical device engineering or manufacturing environment is preferred, but not mandatoryIdeally 1 year experience working in a similar position or position of responsibility in the quality fieldFresh graduates with relevant internship experience is encouraged to applyThe work environment is a changing environment, where a need to adapt to change easily, show flexibility, prioritization, organization and time management skills are a pre-requisiteAble to work in both a collaborative (team) environment as well as perform independent work as requiredMust be detail-oriented to ensure completeness and accuracy of the processed dataComputer competency in Word, Excel, PowerPointFluent English is essential for this role
