Job Summary:
As a Quality Specialist III within our Quality Assurance Team, you will be responsible for reviewing transactional interactions to ensure quality and consistency throughout Collections. You will be the first line of defense to identify and raise process gaps, trends, and opportunities, and recommend process improvements. You will execute quality evaluations to test the effectiveness of regulatory compliance and policy and procedure. You will work closely with the Quality Team Leaders and Business Partners to ensure departmental quality standards are met. You will also be required to complete ongoing training and certification requirements and meet high quality standards to continue performing in this role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reviewing transactional interactions to ensure quality and consistency are achieved throughout Collections.
- Act as First line of defense to identify and raise process gaps, trends and opportunities and recommend process improvements.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
• Minimum 1+ years of consumer loan Operations, Collections, Loan Servicing, or Quality Control / Assurance experience
• Excellent judgment, analytical, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
• Detail oriented
• High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and sense of urgency
• Strong oral and written communication
• Ability to solve complex problems
• Microsoft Office product skills required
