Responsible quality engineer for designated products in series production and interface to customer quality. Monitoring customer specific supplier evaluation/portals and statistical evaluation of quality key performance indicators to improve the product quality continuously. 

Timely processing of customer complaints according customer requirements (customer portals, 8D report, problem solving documentation, etc.). Creating risk analyses (FMEA) and initiate corrective measures with those responsible including effectiveness check.Identification of quality and service problems and initiate corrective measures with those responsible including effectiveness check.Maintenance/updating of the quality assurance plan for series production in alignment with manufacturing engineer / mechanical engineer (Control Plan, FMEA, Parts History List, etc.).
