Responsible of the quality assurance plan implementing in series product or process by ensuring and complying with the legally mandated COP (conformity of production) requirements; Responsible for analysis and escalation in case of non-compliance in production process or product based on the quality specification documents and guidelines; Responsible for regular execution of product audits, internal process audit, evaluation and execution of defined activities in case of non-conformities; Monitor quality key performance indicators (KPI’s). Statistical evaluation of KPI’s to identify possibilities of product or process optimization and implementation of containment actions; Within cross-functional teams drive for preventive and corrective measures. Support risk analysis (FMEA) and initiate preventive measures with those responsibilities including effectiveness check ; Assess supervise the validity of defined specific product- and process-boundary samples. Escalate to responsible department for the initiating of corrective actions if necessary. Perform Q-documents reviews that quality related documents in production are actual and consistent.
