Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. 严格遵守公司及部门各项规章制度 识别工作环境中的安全隐患，负责自身安全相关工作，完成部门安全管理相关指标 践行“0 defect”，执行过程检验（UT/IPV）、发货前检验（QGF），拦截质量问题并快速反馈，尤其是UT检验。 严格遵守检验SWES，认真按照Checklist检验项执行检验，协助QE优化检验清单 与产线人员保持良好协作和沟通，协助分析不良原因，必要时执行排查相关工作 积极提报改善，完成部门CI改善指标 认真执行上级安排的各他各项工作 1) 根据产线情况，保质保量完成自己所负责的所有检验工作 2) 按照检验SWES和Checklist，对工件实施检验，依靠自身技能拦截工件性能及外观方面的缺陷，防止流出 3) 将检验结果清晰、准确无误地记录到系统中，重要不良及时向上反馈 4) 追求质量“0 Miss”,防止缺陷流出到下一道工序 5) 逐步提升自身的检验技能水平，提高自身的缺陷拦截能力 6) 按时完成公司及部门要求的安全和CI提报等指标 7) 对自己的安全负责，做到安全0 miss **Posting Dates:** 四月 25, 2025 - 五月 9, 2025 Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO).
