What is your role at Baxter?    

This role will manage the Quality relationship between Baxter and divestiture including the associated governance mechanisms to achieve the organization's strategic vision.

What you will be doing:Owner of the Master Quality Agreement  First point of contact for Quality related topicsPartner with TSA owning teams to establish strategy for TSA closure Supervise all Quality activities associated with the relationship ensuring completion of all adherences made relative to quality and the required business metrics.Change managementProposes strategic mentorship that will enhance business value and drive performance improvement related to financial and operational goals. Responsible for the development and implementation of new processes, procedures, and/or systems to improve interpersonal efficiencies and cost controls. Communicate sophisticated topics to partners through effective storytelling and content creation at times with deadlines Manage other ad hoc special projects as they arise such as mergers and acquisitions along with integration.Participate in and deploy project and program management tools, templates, best practices and participate in the Quality PM Community of Practice Prepare and present written and oral reports and other presentations (ie executive reporting) to internal and external audiences. Adjusts presentation style and content to suit the audience.

What do you bring

BS in business administration, finance, communications, or a similar degreeProficient in Project Management methodologies and toolsMinimum of 8 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, R&D or related field in the medical products industryMinimum 3 years experience in developing and managing budgets, doing financial projections, and tracking and assessing program costs.Proven track record of successfully managing strategic partnerships and teamworks within the quality, manufacturing, or medical products industryAbility to lead major global programs delivering agreed upon scope on time and on budget. Experience leading sophisticated technical projects with aggressive schedulesPortfolio Management Professional (PfMP) or Project Management Professional (PIM) certification a plusScrum Master Certification a plus

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $159,000- $209,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and/or long-term incentive.
