Company offers great benefits! **Responsibilities for the Quality Supervisor** · Oversees activities performed by Quality Inspectors, ensuring all manufacturing needs are handled to meet OTD. · Create and monitor productivity metric to ensure the right resources are in place. · Initiate activities and collaborate with Engineering to get resolution of problems identified. · Ensure QIP work instructions and NC Procedures are followed and documented properly. · Manage, identify and create training plans to promote a continuous learning environment. Ensure all employees are properly trained on how to identify, isolate, and document non-conforming material, identify opportunities for improvement and implement actions to close gaps. · Monitor quality control. Ensure proper identification, isolation and documentation of non-conforming material. **Qualifications for the Quality Supervisor** · 2-3 years of Medical Manufacturing experience. · Strong experience in supervising others. · Solid experience in process inspection and incoming inspection.
