Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year College or University in specific or technical fields of Agriculture or other relevant fieldsMinimum of 2 years’ experience in quality control in seed processing or in consumer goods manufacturingPossess a broad understanding of Seed Quality Control processes and Quality Management SystemBasic principles of quality control and Principles of Quality Assurance, QMS/ISO 9000Minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality control in seed processing or in consumer goods manufacturingExperience in assessing a situation, identifying issues and developing solutions that result in efficiencies and/or process improvementsExperience with implementation of corrective and preventive action programsSuccessfully demonstrated ability to coach others with a strong self-awareness (both strengths and opportunities) and ability to self-developAbility to adapt to change and work flexibly to overcome boundariesStrong project management skills with the ability to work independently and within a teamAbility to adjust work schedule based on business requirementsKnowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
