Responsibilities:

Serve as a supplier quality liaison between manufacturing, engineering, quality, purchasing, and logistics.Lead the activities of supplier identification and selection process, ensuring supplier quality system and process control.Manage quality agreements and resolve quality complaints between customers and manufacturing.Communicate directly with customers for quality and technical issues, providing support and timely resolutions.Function as a liaison between purchasing, technical team, manufacturing, and suppliers to resolve quality issues and provide technical support.Support the process of qualifying and selecting appropriate suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards.Define and implement supplier outgoing and company incoming acceptance requirements and processes.Develop and implement programs for improving supplier quality in collaboration with various teams.Ensure suppliers have robust manufacturing processes for producing parts.Monitor supplier quality performance and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, life science, medical, or pharmaceutical science (Master's degree preferred).8+ years of experience in manufacturing, technical service environment, or supplier quality management.Demonstrated practice and experience in supplier and product qualification process, system and process audit, and ISO9001.Familiarity with quality tools such as PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plan.Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma preferred.Strong cross-cultural awareness and ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.Experience in high mix, low volume production environments.Strong analytical abilities and time management skills.Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
