The quality control supervisory is responsible for leading a quality team to drive best practices in quality control, and to quickly and effectively address any quality issues that arise in production.

Essential Function - Roles/Responsibilities\nWork with the quality team in order to correct any quality issues that may arise as well as train and develop your team to better handle quality issues.\nPresent quality cases or arguments to the Plant Manager in an effective way.\nFollow through logical processes for the resolution of quality issues.\nMaintain contact with customers on a weekly basis for follow up and proactive quality solutions.\nServe as a point of contact for customer complaints, create an action plan to solve the complaint, and see through to a solution.\nProvide support to the production team.\nMonitor and participate in the plant's safety program.\nMonitor and review quality forms and paperwork for accuracy.

Qualifications:\n\nRequired:\n2 years experience in quality control.\nProficient computer skills.\nCommunicate effectively in both written and oral formats.\nBe able to train and perform follow-up with the quality team.\nDeveloped leadership skills.\nBe able to work independently.\nBe willing to ask for help when necessary.\n\nPreferred:\nExperience with GMP’s\nHACCP program experience\nFamiliar with regulatory auditing\nExperience with calibration schedules\nExperience with quality hold processes\n2 or 4 year degree
