**Job Title: Quality Supervisor** **Job Description** As a Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for training inspectors on customer paint specifications, serving as a backup for anyone in the Quality Department, and conducting meetings and trainings as needed. You will manage both customer and internal defects, create and manage Quality Department information using various software, and develop detailed work instructions for all departments. Additionally, you will deliver toolbox talks to employees, manage the archiving of documentation, conduct audits, and create quality reports while tracking metrics.
