Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Quality Supervisor to lead our quality function. In this role, you will be a champion for quality, ensuring we meet the highest standards in everything we do. You will be responsible for overseeing our quality programs, policies, and procedures, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role requires a collaborative leader who can work effectively with all levels of the organization to drive product consistency and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead Quality Initiatives:

Champion ISO processes and lead continuous improvement and quality assurance projects.Develop and implement quality Objectives, Goals, Strategies and Measures (OGSM) aligned with global business strategies.Drive product consistency and lead benchmarking initiatives to support divisional quality goals.

Manage and Analyze Quality Costs:

Develop, analyze, and manage quality costs to ensure optimal efficiency and value.Achieve top levels of productivity, ensuring business benefits from the lowest possible cost and best value.

Provide Leadership and Collaboration:

Provide clear, focused leadership to drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement.Provide project management and technical leadership, leading cross-functional teams on projects.Communicate and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization, including peers, suppliers, and customers.Manage large cross-functional programs or projects, ensuring alignment with global business strategies.

Drive Continuous Improvement:

Develop and execute business plans and multi-generational product plans that identify trends, opportunities for market advantage, and new product, process, and service ideas.Direct quality assurance activities and lead benchmarking in areas related to quality.Ensure accountability for quality assurance efforts and achieve business benefits from the lowest possible cost and best value.Provide clear, focused leadership to further reduce barriers to delivering competitive advantage through global size and scale.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

High school diploma required (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred).3+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field.Proven experience leading a team.

Technical Skills:

Demonstrated understanding and skills in managing projects and programs, including those involving third parties.Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO, or related experience (preferred).Understanding of applicable computer systems and function-specific software.Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to serve as an advisor to internal and external stakeholders.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse
