The Global Trainee Program is an intensive two-year program (full-time) that supports development of promising professionals with the potential to become future leaders in Tenaris. A Global Trainee will build expertise, engage with colleagues around the world, and demonstrate performance while learning about Tenaris’ culture and industrial heritage leaving them prepared to take the next steps in their career.
Purpose:
Support the Quality Department by developing and maintaining Quality System documentation, preparing and analyzing internal quality performance indicators, and actively contributing to the resolution and prevention of quality-related issues.
Main Responsibilities:
Draft and maintain documents related to the Quality Management System in accordance with established standards. Prepare and analyze internal quality performance indicators (KPIs) and generate related reports. Monitor and follow up on quality events, including customer complaints, non-conformities, and internal dissatisfaction. Conduct root cause analysis on recurring quality issues to support corrective and preventive actions aimed at elimination or reduction. Identify and implement improvements to existing quality processes and workflows. Create, revise, and manage documents impacting internal quality KPIs and processes. Facilitate cross-functional knowledge sharing to enhance understanding and alignment on quality practices. Assist Quality Department with Business Analysis related to defined KPIs Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
Education requirement:
Undergraduate or graduate degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related fields.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel Strong problem-solving abilities Effective time management with strong self-initiative and organizational discipline. Strong reasoning skills (deductive and inductive) to evaluate and interpret data. Critical thinking and analytical mindset for identifying trends and recommending improvements. Familiarity with production processes of OCTG and Line Pipe Products Understanding of data analysis techniques and tools for process evaluation and decision-making. Knowledge of engineering methods for process improvement and implementation.
