Quality System Engineer + **請稍候...** **日期:** 2025年2月1日 **地點:** Tainan City, TW, 741 **公司:** Corning **Day to Day Responsibilities:** 1.Build advanced quality system + Improve effectiveness & efficiency of ISO quality management, fulfill customer and 3rd party audit + Provide standard coaching and counseling + Establish a performance management platform and strengthen the management review mechanism + Deploy PCPD program to sustain process consistency + Promote & optimize PFMEA application + Coordinate Corporate/ Division related audit activities (AME, WWQA audit…) + Integrate quality management sub-systems by IT solution + Ensure internal and external product qualification 2.Supervise Discipline (audit) + Build up audit metrics, define audit purpose, R&R and deliverable. MRCS + IT solutions with finding record, progress update and follow up. Improve finding closure efficiency through IT solutions. + Audit finding review MCRS design + Improve PCPD audit, supervise on-site management and prevent recurrence of problems + Upgrade the quality of CAPA closures + Strengthen the change management mechanism 3.Cultivate total engagement & proactive quality culture + Establish communication effective & efficiency quality communication channel with MCRS/TOR + Recognition mechanism of quality improvements for employees + Promote employees’ awareness of quality & quality culture through multiple channels & modes + Build up quality culture maturity evaluation mechanism **Required Skills:** + Good English comprehension in speaking, writing and reading + Familiar with Quality related methods in statistics and stratification, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Project management experience (PMP) is a plus + Certified IATF16949:2016 / ISO9001:2015 lead auditor + Experienced at ISO/ IATF16949 quality system and automotive 5 core tools. + Good knowledge in ISO elements and 5 core tools (APQP/ SPC/ MSA/ FMEA/ PPAP) + Good interpersonal skills, willing to communicate, facilitate, consult, coach and influence **Desired Skills:** + Strong data oriented and statistical analysis skills + Good Logical thinking and presentation skills + Problem solving skill and methodology, such as PQA, 8D + Well computer skill in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Power BI + Familiar VDA6.3 requirement is a plus + Interested in programming or web development: VBA, C+, Java, Webclient, Python + **請稍候...**
