Quality Systems Administrator
This position is responsible for the day-to-day implementation and maintenance of the company Quality Systems reporting directly to the Director of Quality. The Quality Systems Administrator also shares the responsibility for system and process development and improvement initiatives. In this role the individual must be customer-focused and results driven. Customers are served through both OEM and market direct sales. ResponsibilitiesAuthorities 1. Manageadminister the following processes as they relate to the facility Product, engineering, manufacturing and related documentation development, improvement and control Document updates, proofing, distribution and notification Document change requests CRs Engineering Change Orders COs Non-Conformance Reports NCRs Return Material Authorizations RMAs Record Retention and maintenance CAPAs Internal Audits 2. Develop and utilize ability to work independently to perform ongoing review of quality systems and procedures in order to identify and recommend revisions to current systems and new systems. 3. Develop to be able to Initiate and implement modifications and improvements to control documentation such as production check lists, Final Quality Control FQC records, operating procedures and policy manuals. 4. Communicate with suppliers, as necessary, to obtain RMAs and CAPA statements. 5. Maintain safe work area in a clean and orderly condition. 6. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
