We are selectively seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team. Successful candidates will have a desire to work in a fast-paced environment based on trust and integrity and have an interest in a hands-on approach to business. Interested applicants should have a passion for manufacturing and innovation as well as a desire for a broad scope of daily responsibilities. This role will have you joining a team that is responsible for manufacturing our product using automated processes. In addition to these qualities, we are looking for someone with the following characteristics and qualifications:

We're looking for quick-learning, technically oriented engineers with the following qualities:

3+ years of experience in quality; creating documentation, auditing  documentation, or metrology. Validation testing experience a plus.3+ years communicating directly with the customer and customer issuesLighting experience is a plusExperience with IATF Quality SystemsStrong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective corrective actions.Ability to juggle priorities and time management to consistently hit deadlines Ability to work on a team and delegate effectively to achieve results as a team.Proven results towards continuous improvements and a perpetual drive toward earning

Additionally, we're looking for the following qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in engineering3+ years of experience in related fieldMust be a U.S. citizen or green card holderManufacturing experience is a plus!Industry specific experience is a plus, but not a requirement
