Responsibilities:
You need to ensure product quality meets or exceeds internal and external customers' expectation You are request to improve existing products and processes and provide full technical support to the operation of plant related quality indicators. You are responsible to audit, analyze and make recommendations to ensure systems and processes are followed and to solve for issues related to product quality and tire uniformity. You are requst to provide technical support for the selection of new equipment and the upgrading of old equipment, and establish relevant equipment calibration standards. You need to establish specifications and calibration standards for equipment (TBM, Presses, curing bladders,balance and uniforimity, etc) and provide technical expertise as needed. You are requst to identify and correct unacceptable performance through analysis and technical knowledge of the product and process including waste and cost reduction. Audit, analyze and make recommendations to ensure systems and processes are followed and to solve for issues related to product quality and uniformity.You need to develop organization and associate leadership and technical competencies and provide day to day support and coordinate different resources from different function to support team members’s daily actities.
Qualifications:
You with Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering or polymer material or chemistry sciences. You are required 10+ years’ experience in at least three departments, divisions, internal or external locations. You have expert ability to teach and apply systematic problem solving tools and techniques to improve existing processes. You with multiple experiences leading a cross-functional project team, PMP preferred.
