Define development plans Monitor and support the activity of the team Analyze production quality problems, prepare reporting and problem solving Collect and evaluate scrap data, analyze 8D and coordinate A3 problem solving tasks Control Internal, customer and system audits and lead the NCR workflow Lead quality process improvements  Handle supplier and customer complaints  Control KPI  Manage Quality reporting  Improve quality mindset within the organisation Report to Quality Manager
