Quality Tech D Shift
Job Duties: Responsible to drive reduction in vendor & customer claims; Oversee root cause analysis of vendor & customer claims issued; Monitors third party QC; Manages process controls for manufacturing, calibration of measuring devices, and documentation for the location;  Provides leadership and guidance to Quality department; Materials review; Vendor & customer corrective action requests; Process management for operation production centers, and performance management for QC department; Works with external customers and sales representatives regarding customer complaints and product claims; Acts as customer advocate in product quality standards, works with plant personnel concerning incoming raw material and finished product quality; Represents Quality Assurance with suppliers regarding raw material specifications, quality and reliability and act as liaison for corporate quality standards.
