What you will doConduct MiTek assembly inspections with I-Auditor or other formats, and thorough independent final inspection of finished assemblies to defined procedures, formally reporting, and communicating all defects. Responsible for checking, progressing, and filing correct inspection records. Supply technical support in the areas of machine work operation sub-inspection, and production line Quality support activities. Inspect and auditing of all components and all stages of the manufacturing processes. Investigate any quality issues to identify root cause and raise proper corrective action paperwork, to ensure issues are addressed and resolved promptly. Ensure compliance and aid with adherence to the development of an Integrated Management System (IMS).
QualificationsHigh School/GED required 1-2 Years of related manufacturing experience and the ability to perform the essential functions. required Able to use Microsoft Office Applications

Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to read blueprints. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Mathematical Skills: Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions offered in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
