Pay range is $23.50- $25.00 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift, 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM, Monday-Friday, Saturday work may be required up to 50% of the time
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct audits and inspections of material at all stages, and of each process while providing feedbackCommunicate audit findings with production team in process and during standup meetingsReview and analyze audit findings for containment and corrective action follow up with the teamAid in document control activities – posting documents, follow through with approversUse calipers and other measuring devices to conduct standard testing of both finished goodsAid in identify best practices in the manufacturing of windowsDocument non-conformities and oversee completion of NCR activitiesValidate product conformance when process adjustments are made Qualifications High School diploma or general education degree (GED)Lean certification preferredRequires 2-5 years leadership experience in a manufacturing settingAbility to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waistAbility to walk/stand for long durations (duration of shift excluding breaks)Vision abilities to include close, distance, peripheral, color and depth differentiationUse of hands and fingers for fine manipulationFrequent exposure to dust and debris from the production processFrequent exposure to loud noisesLimited exposure to weather and climate change Additional informationSite Address: 10507 East Montgomery Drive, Spokane Valley, WA 99206

The US base salary for this full-time position is $70,000 + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
