Provide technical support in a medical device complaint investigation lab by analyzing returned products, interpreting findings, and supporting quality initiatives across multiple functional teams.
Job Requirements:
Associate Degree or equivalent related work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to read, understand, and communicate procedural requirements
Ability to work independently under limited supervision or within a team
Preferred Skills:
Associate Degree in a technical discipline
Experience with electrical and mechanical equipment
1 year of quality or manufacturing experience in the medical device industry
Ability to identify process improvement opportunities
Job Responsibilities:
Assist engineering with quality support by analyzing data and identifying complaint trends
Perform device analysis on returned medical devices to determine likely malfunction causes
Review device history records, product labeling, and risk documentation
Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and quality system metrics
Interpret test results and identify unusual characteristics during analysis
Write investigation reports summarizing findings and conclusions
Troubleshoot compromised procedures to identify root causes
Communicate testing schedules, results, and discoveries with technical staff and customers
Analyze, review, and document lab records for proper archiving
Manage test requests from initiation through filing and archiving processes
Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
