Quality Technician Long-Term Opportunity | Offers Benefits | Excellent Hands-On Experience Job Description This role is integral to providing verification and administrative support in the Batching areas to meet compliance requirements efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities + Verify the completeness and accuracy of all batching kits prior to shipping to the main plant. + Assist with inventory accuracy for internal and customer needs. + Coordinate, monitor, and test all vendors to ensure they meet quality and compliance expectations. + Collaborate with manufacturing to design and enhance quality management systems for regulatory compliance. + Support the Batching Compliance Analyst Lead as a liaison for compliance issues. + Verify ingredient quantities during the kit stage in the DC batching area. + Conduct organoleptic analysis of all supplied ingredients. + Report any non-conformance and waste or poor conservation practices. + Know all quality standards and expectations of the position. + Continuously seek improved practices and processes and contribute ideas to the immediate supervisor. + Understand and follow all safety requirements and procedures established by the company. + Perform all other duties as assigned or required by the supervisor or customer. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High School Diploma or Bachelors Degree + Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems. + Experience with GMP and/or HACCP regulations. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
