Quality Technician
Job Title: Quality Technician

ResponsibilitiesVerify line clearance prior to startup.Perform equipment swabbing after sanitation.Conduct quality audits for each production line throughout the shift.Document in-line process check results per pre-approved specifications.Report any out-of-specification or non-conformance issues.Ensure immediate corrective action is completed before startup for non-conformance.Label and store non-compliant products following MRB process.Conduct periodic quality and GMP audits of the production area.Audit ingredients staged for manufacturing to ensure no expired materials are used.Perform temperature audits of ingredients, WIP, and finished products.Prepare shift report for next shift follow-up.Conduct case count audits on all products.Perform daily pre-operational inspections.Assist in metal detector validations and line checks.Ensure operators follow metal detector SOP.Report any food safety risks to the supervisor.Collect samples from raw materials, in-process, and finished products for lab testing.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in food manufacturing quality.Demonstrated GMP experience.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
