What We Offer $19 per hour First Shift | 8 AM – 5 PM Health benefits, including telehealth medical services Opportunity for advancement Referral program What We’re Looking For Associate's degree in an engineering-related field or at least 2 years of experience in quality functions Strong teamwork and project facilitation skills Effective time management and problem-solving abilities Ability to write simple correspondence and fill out forms accurately Capability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small-group settings Understanding of simple mechanical systems with a limited number of components and minimal interrelated movements Ability to sit, use hands to manipulate objects, reach with arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds What You’ll Do as a Quality Technician Inspect parts according to specifications using various tools, gauges, and equipment Prepare and properly file quality records Maintain and organize quality records Initiate and implement corrective actions as directed Perform rework on parts as needed Conduct audits of processes and parts Carry out cycle counts as directed Compile data for management reports Coordinate calibration and service requirements Perform other tasks as assigned
