Job Title: Quality Technician
Job Description

As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for performing quality checks on the production floor, ensuring adherence to quality processes, and maintaining accurate documentation. This role requires minimal lab work, mainly involving the preparation of samples for third-party testing. You will interpret and follow reference documentation, such as specifications and SOPs, while complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs). Effective communication of quality-related information, both verbally and in writing, is essential.

ResponsibilitiesPerform quality checks on the production floor.Ensure adherence to quality processes.Maintain accurate documentation.Prepare samples for third-party testing.Interpret and follow reference documentation such as specifications and SOPs.Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs).Effectively communicate quality-related information verbally and in writing.Essential SkillsAt least 8 months of quality control experience (if no degree).Associates degree in the sciences (no work experience required).Quality control and quality assurance skills.Attention to detail and basic math skills.Strong communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsInterest in getting into a manufacturing/quality setting with upward mobility.Work Environment

The position is available on the 1st shift, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. You will work in a clean manufacturing environment within a large facility that houses several production lines. The role requires walking around the facility to pull samples.
