1. In order to enhance the effectiveness of ECR/ECN implementation and continuous improvement on plant quality, quality team will adjust the organization chart internally. 
2. This new headcount will be responsible for the assessment, tracking and execution of ECR/ECN on quality aspects, and the line quality and customer quality for rubber sealing.
3. Zhou Dawei will focus on crimping, harness assembly and continuous improvement activities to decrease CoPQ continuously.
4. Both HC and people cost were within previous 2024 BBP before June, but HC was deducted due to the worse forecast. Currently plant need this HC based on the business growth of 2024 is 28.6% vs. 2023 according to 10+2 forecast.
