Responsibilities Performs technical duties and activities within prescribed time frames Participates in projects to improve overall process and technical efficiency Trains new personnel to standard operating procedures Maintains and ensures confidentiality of information/ materials Takes initiative to identify and propose remedies to problems Gives periodic status reports in written and verbal formats Interacts with others at same level, and one level above, to ensure continuity and efficiency Skills Proved experience on technical expertise in manufacturing processes  Proved experience on new processes into manufacturing  Process improvement knowledge Very good communication skills Problem solving and decision making  Requirements Associates or Bachelors Degree Successful track record of performance in previous work experiences At least 3 years work experience
