Job Description
The Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of production batches and consistent production quality by following GMP, conducting lab analysis, maintaining documentation, and validating processes. The candidate will collect samples and analyze them using various lab skills such as Alcohol, Sugar, pH, GC, spectrophotometer, etc.

The role is based on a large campus where you will be walking and on your feet a lot. The environment is clean and there are 2 technicians on every shift along with 2 assistant quality managers and a quality manager. The shift is from 5:15 PM to 5:30 AM on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. You must be open to Saturday overtime and covering the Sunday-Tuesday shift if another member is on PTO. This position is in the Brewery department, and there is a lead on the shift.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.75 - $21.75
