Job Description
As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for interpreting engineering drawings and working with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards. You will select products for inspection at various stages in the production process, ensuring compliance with blueprints and specifications. Additionally, you will evaluate data, document compliance, and validate or indicate deviations from requirements. Based on your findings, you will accept or reject products and discuss inspection results with the production team, recommending necessary adjustments and changes to production processes. You will also inspect and test products or materials using gauges such as micrometers, thread gauges, and comparators to ensure they meet the required standards.
