Job Title: Quality TechnicianJob Description The Quality Technician role directly supports medical device product development from concept through commercialization. This position will work with a high-performance cross-functional engineering team to ensure safety, quality, and compliance of launched products while continuously improving their commercial value through end-of-life. This position will focus on hands-on testing and assisting in test development to satisfy product requirements. Responsibilities + Perform quality assurance, quality control, and quality inspection tasks. + Prepare engineering and test samples. + Receive and inspect incoming raw materials. + Record test results and compare them to acceptance criteria. + Print and verify finished product labeling. + Review and approve Product Lot Folders. + Support equipment installation and qualification activities. + Assist in the development of internal and supplier-based quality plans. Essential Skills + 1+ years of experience in medical device work history. + Proficiency with micrometers, microscopes, and calipers. + Strong documentation and organizational skills. + Experience with quality check, visual inspection, and non-conforming product management. + Knowledge of ISO standards and quality assurance standards. + Ability to perform quality improvement tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in blueprint reading. Work Environment The work environment involves hands-on testing and inspections using micrometers, microscopes, and calipers. The role requires adherence to quality assurance standards and ISO standards. The position involves a mix of lab work and office tasks, with an emphasis on proper documentation and compliance with safety regulations. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
