**Job Description:** Are you detail-oriented and passionate about quality? Join our team as a Quality Inspector and ensure our products meet the highest standards. In this role, you will:
+ **Inspect Products** : Use various measuring tools, checklists, inspection sheets, drawings, and visual and functional testing methods to inspect products before shipment.
+ **Data Collection:** Populate controlled forms for accurate data collection.
+ **Documentation:** Reconcile final inspection documentation for shipments.
+ **Collaboration:** Interact with manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, and logistics teams as needed.
+ **Material Testing:** Test incoming raw materials and purchased parts.
+ **Nonconforming Parts:** Process nonconforming parts using established procedures.
+ **Spot Audits:** Conduct thorough spot audits at various production stages to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company specifications.
+ **Analysis:** Perform in-depth analysis of product components, materials, and processes to identify deviations from quality standards.
+ **Problem Solving:** Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
+ **Evaluation:** Evaluate quality inspection results, test data, and compliance documentation for accuracy.
+ **Reporting:** Prepare and review quality reports, deviation reports, and other Quality System documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
+ **Training:** Provide training and guidance to internal departments on quality control forms, inspection techniques, and good documentation practices.
**Skills:**
+ Quality inspection, quality control, inspection
+ Proficient with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
+ Ability to read and interpret drawing specifications
+ Basic math skills including fractions, decimals, angles, conversions, and basic statistics
+ Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
+ Skilled in GD&T and quality inspection techniques
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00
