**Purpose of the Position:** This role will support our quality department in maintaining and improving the quality of our products and processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem solving, a desire to learn, and an interest in quality assurance in manufacturing or production environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams on quality investigations for top quality losses utilizing all available data sources.
Responsible for documenting quality investigation problem solving within EtQ CAPA system.
Responsible for managing and reporting out on quality investigation problem solving statuses and due dates to ensure successful and timely completion of top-quality loss problem solving.
Effectively complete customer follow-ups within the division required timelines and complete all 8D reports.
Write all packaging specifications based on shipping locations and customer requirements from the commercial team and enter all packaging specifications into the appropriate plant systems.
Manage and complete all required customer scorecards for each quarter based on customer feedback from the commercial team.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather suggestions, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and support business development activities.
Stay current with industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies in solar energy systems, participating in training programs and professional development activities as needed.
**Work Hours:**
Days – Monday through Friday.
Managing a 24/7 plant structure, so occasional overtime and/or support when needed.
**Requirements:**
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certification or associate degree in a relevant field preferred.
2+ years of experience in technical support or a field service role.
**Skills:**
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, with hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.

The range for this position is $47,982.00 - $65,975.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
