**Job Title: Quality Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Quality Technician to join our team. You will work in the cleanroom and lab, assisting with the quality inspection of catheters and other medical device products. This role involves using a machine that performs a lubricity test to measure the reduction in friction and/or wear by a lubricant on catheters and tubing. Additionally, you will onboard new quality control equipment into the quality area and perform lot release testing. The primary method of inspection will be visual tests using a microscope. **Responsibilities** + Assist with quality inspection of catheters and medical device products in the cleanroom and lab + Operate a machine to perform lubricity tests on catheters and tubing + Onboard new quality control equipment into the quality area + Perform lot release testing + Conduct visual tests primarily using a microscope **Essential Skills** + 1 year or more of quality inspecting experience in a cleanroom environment + Proficiency in microscope inspection + High attention to detail **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with quality control and quality assurance + Knowledge of production, assembly, and medical assembly processes + Ability to follow work instructions and use hand tools + Experience with packaging and visual inspection using a micrometer **Why Work Here?** Join a growing medical device company with significant opportunities for career advancement. The work schedule is 1st shift, Monday to Friday, with flexible start times from 7am - 3pm, 8am - 4pm, or 9am - 5pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
