• Audit & Review Gilbarco documented processes
• Ensure employees and processes adhere to safety standards
• Audit areas to ISO 9001:2015 compliance
• Provide guidance, support, and technical assistance to Associates, Leadership and Quality Engineers
• Evaluate/Improve manufacturing processes using quality tools such as SPC, PSP/PSR, 5 Why, and 
capability studies
• Lead NCM/MRB activities
• Assist and/or lead continuous quality improvement teams 
• Provide customer support and investigate customer complaints, including ensuring corrective and 
preventative action steps are taken to solve the root cause of problems
• Assist with gage and tool calibration to ensure UL and ISO compliance
• Audit and correct manufacturing routers and standard work
• Train associates on standard work changes when necessary
• Assist in and/or lead companywide Kaizen Events
• Audit processes to ensure ESD Compliance
• Provide guidance and assist with containment activities (Sorting, Quality Alerts, Deviations, Build 
Ticket Corrections, etc)
• Expediate Issue resolution utilizing Escalation to solution
• Utilize appropriate tracking & measurement systems designated by the company
• Perform Kamishibai Audits and assist with updates
• Other duties as assigned

• Associate degree in an Engineering technician field or equivalent experience (required)
• Ideally will have at least three (5) years of relevant and progressive operations experience including 
manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean tools and principles (preferred)
• Experience with an ERP systems such as Microsoft AX or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
• Professional Certification a plus (ASQ CQI, CQT, CQE, Six Sigma)
