**Job Title: Quality Technician** **Job Description** Responsible for visual and dimensional inspection of product with very low tolerances. Creating inspection reports before shipment and overseeing production strategy and scrap reduction. **Responsibilities** + Inspect all parts before shipment. + Perform daily press audits to ensure machine capability. + Conduct PPAP studies with the continuous improvement coordinator and quality manager. + Enter basic data such as scrap and PPAP studies. + Repair precision gauges such as micrometers and calipers. + Perform quarterly cell audits to ensure all ISO standards are being met. + Help ensure process improvement. **Essential Skills** + Quality inspection + Use of calipers + Use of micrometers + Reading blueprints + Handling gages **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior ISO experience **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where your contributions are valued.
