PDS Tech Commercial is on the lookout for a highly motivated Quality Technician to join our team. Your Role and Impact:
As a Quality Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining our rigorous quality standards. You'll ensure that all processes comply with regulatory requirements, perform audits, and review/analyze critical data and documentation. With your keen problem-solving abilities, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operations and maintain the highest standards.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Conduct audits to ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements

Review, analyze, and verify data and documentation for accuracy and completeness

Collaborate with different teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes

Create detailed reports using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe

Support supervisors and managers in achieving quality goals and maintaining compliance

Apply your creativity and critical thinking to solve quality-related challenges

What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or a related field

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field

Experience with quality control tools and methodologies

Familiarity with SAP and Solumina systems

Knowledge of industry standards and best practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
