Quality Technician Development (Temporary) / 1st Shift Requisition ID: 41994 Job Location(s): Searcy, AR, US **Job Description** The Quality Technician’s primary function is to assist in supplier and customer returns process, which may include inventory transfers, part measurements, and packing/unpacking materials. This is to be done with little supervision to maintain a high degree of safety, quality, and productivity. This is a temporary, 1st Shift position. **Job Responsibilities** + Assist inventory transfers using ERP software. + Check in, tag, and move returns within the system. + Assist with the REO rework work order process. + Maintain safety and good housekeeping while reporting any gaps. + Communicate with supervisor regularly about department issues. + Read and interpret blueprints to verify conformity. + Assist with supplier return process. **Background & Skills** Basic Qualifications: + High School diploma or equivalent. + Experience working in a manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience in inspecting parts + Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes. + Knowledge of and ability to navigate ERP software relative to return and warranty functions. Job Criteria + Must have good communication skills and maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
