What you'll be doing

Must capture data from start-ups, mold approvals, protocols, and process change evaluations through use of required inspection and testing equipment to provide accurate feedback to management.Must assure Quality functions in Injection Molding Operations are carried out according to Specifications, SOPs, JIBs, and GMPs.Must assist Manufacturing with root cause determination of problem situations through data collection, product inspection and analysis.Must shift priorities as necessary to accommodate special situations.Must perform audits on injection machines as required. Audits will include sampling and inspection of product, noting process parameter settings, observing compliance to procedures, checking equipment calibration, monitoring process control charts, etc.Must make decisions with and without supervisory assistance in regard to areas of responsibility. Effectively communicate with Manufacturing and Quality Management.Must perform mold approvals and mold startups as necessary.Must disposition and release product timely.Must effectively identify, segregate, and quarantine product that is non complaint with release procedures.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
