Provide technical support to the Gilbarco Suppler Quality Engineering team, Manufacturing Engineering team, and Manufacturing teams through-out the facility. The individual will properly inspect incoming material per Gilbarco’s specifications, and procedure.  The candidate will evaluate conforming and non-conforming materials found at incoming inspection, properly document findings, and test as required.

 Key Responsibilities

\n\nPreformed Mechanical and Electronics inspection per drawing specification. \nScreen and sort material per specifications\nCollect and document material data\nOther duties as assigned\n\nAssociate’s (or higher) degree in a technical discipline preferred (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing).\nKnowledge of manufacturing related testing equipment a plus\nKnowledge of various manufacturing processes preferred; plastic forming, milling/turning, sheet metal fabrication, metal/plastic finishing, surface mount & through hole circuit board assembly and instrument assembly.\nDemonstrate the ability to interpret manufacturing drawings\nWorking knowledge using Microsoft Excel, creating spreadsheets\n
