Job summary – What to expect: 

 

As the Quality Technician in our Quality Department, you will be responsible for the measurement and inspection of contact lenses on the production line, including auditing of wet paperwork and final release.    

 

This is a night shift role, on a rolling 4 days on/ 4 days off rota and may require some travel to other UK sites. There is also a requirement to be ‘gowned up’ in this role, please ask for further information on what this will involve for you. 

 

You will be responsible for: 

Auditing Verification of sterilisation charts Ensuring the quality of products are maintained to a high standard Recording true data and maintaining accurate records Identifying any quality issues Assisting with investigations or complaints regarding product quality

About you:

 

We are looking for someone who has experience in a quality role, ideally within the manufacturing industry. You will be self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail with the ability to use computer programmes confidently (such as Office 365). Strong communication skills in English are essential for this role.
