What will you do?

The Quality Tech Solutions Systems Specialist will be part of a hard-working, impactful team. This role offers the chance to work in an environment where your contributions will have a genuine impact on the delivery of industry leading electronic Quality Management Systems Solutions that support our clinical research.


Key Responsibilities:


•Configure and implement solutions in the Veeva Quality Suite to given specifications.

•Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify and agree system requirements.

•Provide support and problem-solving solutions for system-related issues.

•Maintain strict attention to detail in all system updates and configurations.

•Perform various aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle such as requirements writing, change control management and testing.

How will you get there?

Experience:

•Possession of a High School diploma or equivalent

•Demonstrated experience in Computer System Configuration and Validation; experience with GxP Systems is highly preferred.

•Strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills

•Exceptional customer service capabilities

• Strong collaborative skills with a team-oriented mindset

•Commitment to achieving excellence in a dynamic and fast-paced setting
