Quality to Control Process Enablement Team Manager

**THE POSITION**
Joining our company, you will get the chance to lead a new team in the GBS Center Wroclaw organization, which will work on the different tasks from Validation Management and Process Support for GBS processes. You are working in a globally operating team that designs, builds and continuously improves Boehringer Ingelheim’s global Processes, using agile principles, methods and tools on a daily basis.
You will manage a team that is responsible for performing Validation Management and Process Support activities related to changes, projects and periodic reviews.
**Tasks & responsibilities**
+ As Quality to Control Team Manager you assume the overall responsibility and management of the newly implemented team.
+ With your expertise, you will lead and develop the Quality to Control Process Enablement team
+ Based on your previous experience in Enabling Processes, you understand the value your team brings to the organization, and are able to organize and prioritize activities accordingly
+ Based on strong communication skills, you manage stakeholder interactions successfully with different teams in the organization
+ You are responsible for ensuring the delivery of the service against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) / Service Level Agreements (SLAs), strive for continuous improvement
+ You are familiar with Agile methods and tools, managing and developing a team using agile elements
+ Other administrative and ad hoc tasks (i.e. performance evaluation, team development objectives, escalation handling, etc.)
**About our future employee**
You are experienced in SAP / ERP processes and process design linked to ERP processes. You combine experience in Computer Systems Validation (CSV) with knowledge of GxP regulations within the Pharmaceutical Industry and Quality mindset.
Additionally, we are looking for:
+ Master´s degree; preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT or similar
+ Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
+ Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
+ Agile, accountable, and entrepreneurial mindset with a dedicated solution- and result orientation
+ Project Management experiences preferred
+ Experience with agile methods (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban) and tools (e.g. JIRA) would be an advantage
+ Dedicated team player with strong communication skills, and a structured way of working
+ Fluent in English for an efficient communication with international colleagues
