Quality Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations. Each day, you will assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions to problems. You will also showcase your expertise by collaborating with local functions that impact the quality results to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aim for world-class performance. You will be mainly accountable for:1. Collaborate with AME and IPU drive non-conformity analysis and RCA;\t\t\t\t\t\t2. Participate customer complaint and internal improvement;\t\t\t\t\t\t3. Participate new product development quality activities;\t\t\t\t\t\t4. Project quality management;\t\t\t\t\t\t5. Product quality APQP;\t\t\t\t\t\t6. Quality value stream mapping preparing and optimizing;\t\t\t\t\t\t7. Other work issued by quality dept.
Qualifications for the role1. Bachelor's degree or above in motor technology background, familiar with motor structure, design, and working principles;2. Clear logical thinking ability;3. English can be used as a working language;4. Self drive and sense of responsibility, result oriented;5. Good communication and coordination skills.
