Quality Training Specialist - eLearning Instructional Designer
Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assess the effectiveness of e-learning programs and make necessary adjustments.

Works on quality department assignments with broadly defined objectives.

Design and implement training programs using mixed reality (MR) technologies.

Design and Develop Courses: Build engaging and interactive e-learning courses using various instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).

Collaborate with SMEs: Work with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Build Multimedia Content: Develop instructional materials, including text, graphics, audio, and video.

Apply LMS: Lead and maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Simplify complex processes, making them easier to understand.

Provides an immersive learning experience, which can be particularly useful for training on complex machinery or environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or related field

1+ years relevant experience for entry into this level

2+ years of experience in instructional design and mixed reality programming preferred

Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines

Experience in developing mixed reality (MR) or virtual reality (VR) training programs, including 2 and 3D programming
